Annie Weisbrod, Ph.D. is a globally recognized environmental sustainability scientist, creator and teacher of the Meditation Without Expectations™ (MWE), BioEnergy Essentials, and Contemplating Sustainability programs, advanced energy healer, fitness & lifestyle expert, author and collaborator on dozens of studies.
After 3 decades of work and training (>20,000 hours) in life sciences and contemplative arts, I recognize that science & technology are necessary, yet insufficient, for us to reach a well and more sustainable trajectory.
We must each train our minds and bodies to calm down, trust, open the heart, and co-create societal transformation.
Talking with people all over the world – privately, on stage in large auditoriums, or livestreaming – I have helped 10,000s to reduce their stress, increase resilience, empathy, presence, and focus, as well as to better understand our environment and what we can do as individuals and in caring communities.
My wellbeing & sustainability programs build on ancient practices as well as modern science perspectives. These help people to experience the interconnection of physical, emotional, mental and intuitive systems – within ourselves and the world around us. It’s awesome. With such awareness, people consciously choose more healthy peaceful ways to live, consistently practice on their own, and nurture the world around us.
